We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and animals, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a thoughtful, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who:
  • Has at least 1 year of experience working as a CSR in a veterinary hospital.
  • Is passionate about veterinary medicine and animal well-being.
  • Brings warmth, professionalism, and empathy to every client interaction.
  • Believes in ethical, respectful, and thoughtful patient care.

  • Is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm when things get busy.
  • Is interested in learning more about Fear Free techniques or bringing your existing Fear Free experience to our practice.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required. We appreciate team members who can help make veterinary care more accessible and welcoming to a diverse community.

What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, you’ll be one of the first faces our clients see and an important part of creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate approach.
  • Answering phone calls (Weave), text messages (Otto), and emails.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Checking clients and patients in and out.
  • Processing payments and handling basic financial transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client communications as required by law.
  • Providing basic information about veterinary services and products.
  • Supporting veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks.
  • Keeping the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Using multiple digital platforms, including Windows, Gmail, and Google Drive.
  • Working in Neo, our cloud-based practice management system. If you haven’t used Neo before, we’ll train you!

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of veterinary CSR experience.
  • High school diploma/GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple digital platforms.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends.
